I receive 16*East W 2 (Indian Ocean transponder).
The one that you have mentionned is it receivable in this region ??

Here (http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/maps/ew2_wide.html) is the wide beam from Eutelsat W2.
I don't think you can receive it.
You can only receive the madagascar (http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/maps/ew2_madagascar.html) beam.
