Hi Ron,

I have tried that frequency, no positive results.

I presume that the transponder is pointing northwards towards EUROPE,

whereas my location should be south of the EQUATOR  -   south towards South Africa?

Indian Ocean.

Will wait for your comments and alternative  source.

So I suppose the signal is pointed to Europe.
