Koning Albert II kondigt vanavond zijn aftreden aan. De vorst houdt om 18 uur vanavond een toespraak op de 4 grote tv-zenders en hun radiostations. Daar zal hij aankondigen dat hij 'wegens gezondheidsredenen' afstand doet van de troon op 21 juli, de nationale feestdag.
