blind scan feeds

i wish to purchase a blind scan receiver to hunt for feeds, i already have digital  receiver to watch feeds, but it has no blindscan option,

does anyone know of reciver to buy, even if i cannot watch the feeds on receiver i just need to find frequencies then I may watch on other receiver
