Overnight news not good.

ILS have declared a launch failure due to early motor cut off.
A Tass report says the cruise motor is still attached and will be used to
push the satellite to geo using four burns......what it "doesn't say" is how
high , or more importantly , how low , the satellite and upper stage are at
present.

An early cut off obviously suggests its in low earth orbit...hopefully more
info will com to light during the next few hours.
